Yes. But you should go to your State JAMB Office. For example, if you registered for JAMB in Lagos State, you should visit the Lagos State JAMB Office for complaints. Candidates are allowed to visit any JAMB zonal or liaison office for issues related to registration, profile correction, admission processing, or other enquiries.
What time does JAMB office open?
According to the JAMB national headquarters, all JAMB offices in Nigeria should open their office from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Can I correct my JAMB details at a JAMB office?
Yes. This is the reason why the JAMB Office was created in each state. Candidates, parents, or guardians are encouraged to visit a JAMB office or an accredited CBT centre to correct crucial mistyped or spelt details such as name, date of birth, or course/institution changes.
Conclusion
I hope that this list I’ve compiled containing the official JAMB offices in Nigeria helps candidates locate the correct office in their state and call their official support line before visiting. This page provides verified information about official JAMB office locations across all states in Nigeria, making it easier for candidates to get help, rather than going through various agents who will charge them high fees.
As earlier disclosed, candidates should ONLY consider going to their state JAMB office with issues that cannot be resolved at an accredited CBT centre.
Most reasons why candidates can typically visit JAMB offices include JAMB Profile corrections, change of institution or course, admission complaints, biometric verification problems, and result-related issues. Before visiting the office in your state, make sure you confirm the office address, and please make sure you go during official working hours to avoid unnecessary delays.
